On May 31^st 2015 Investigators of the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force received information that a quantity of Hash Oil was arriving in the Waterloo area. A traffic stop was conducted and a search of the vehicle resulted in over 5 pounds of Hash Oil being seized. The street value of the Hash Oil was nearly $200,000.  The defendant was placed under arrested and transported to the Black Hawk County Jail. He was charged in Black Hawk County District Court for Possession With Intent to Delivery Marijuana and Drug Tax Stamp Violation.  The Tri-County Drug Task Force was assisted by the BHC Sherriff’s Office and the Waterloo Police Department.
